Owner's response points to exactly why the front desk staff person has such a difficult time. Clearly the "Owner" (not Hilton, but this franchisee) is the problem. The Owner doesn't realize that a company is a collective group of people. People are the business!! In the hospitality industry, as well as most businesses that consumer on the front end, the front line workers ARE the brand ambassadors. They are the ones that often determine the customer experience.
People love or dislike a company, not just because of the product, but because of the great customer service or lack thereof.
For some education, when I book a hotel, I always expect a room, with a pillow and a blanket. My critique and criticism was very much directed and the front desk employee, Further,you identified the employee as a "her". In my review I pointed out the time and date so they (Owner) would know which individual to retrain. However, I can now only suspect that the Owner's the one doing the training for the front desk person
When I arrived got no hospitality, no welcome, no greeting, no smile. I travel very extensively, and this location needs training ... perhaps even a new Owner.
Never had complaint at a Hilton property before. Good job on being the first one Woodinville.
Great job Owner for not addressing the problem, nor knowing how to manage a hotel property, but also not knowing how to handle negative reviews! 😢

Woodinville location front desk is a complete disaster. If Diamond Club member, they provide no value. The lady working at 5PM on 1/1/2024 is horrible in terms of service and hospitality. I travel a lot and the Woodinville front desk staff is the worst. Very sad.
Our room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was well done with a large variety of choices. I'm vegetarian and try to also avoid wheat and dairy. No problem, they had food that I could eat.
Got a friendly text message day of (I've never had a hotel do that), got my digital key early with my room number so i was able to go straight to my room, it was clean and comfortable! Plenty of towels and the layout of the room made it feel spacious. Hotel itself was easy to find, lots of parking, quiet rooms. My favorite hotel so far, I will definitely be back. All communication with staff was so friendly and fast, I can't believe what great service they provided. Thank you for a great night!
When we arrived at midnight it was hard to find the front desk attendant who was apparently unlocking another door. Perhaps have a way to call them? He was very nice though and helpful.
Pretty clean, nice rooms, nice area to hang out in the lobby. Breakfast is really decent. The rates are kind of expensive, and the snack bar is surprisingly expensive. Do not get stuff from the snack bar. Also, the alarm clock in the room was set 645 am for some reason, which was annoying. The location is very convenient for local wine tasting, close the the highway, close to Starbucks for the morning. Overall a very decent hotel, if not a little expensive. The view sucked, just a parking lot next door and the highway.
My wife and I spent Thanksgiving week at the Hampton Inn in Woodinville last week! I can categorically say that this was one of the best hotel stays. The key ingredient was a staff that cares about guest satisfaction! Keep up the great work!!

***Update. Its been a couple weeks since I stayed at the hotel. Been trying to get a hold of them for purposes of incorrect billing to be credit card. Tried to call the hotel multiple times and due to what I think is lack of staff, no one answers. The customer service folks at the 1800 are no help. Told me I have to contact the property directly. After my tenth plus time of calling the hotel, a gentleman answered. Said he would get the billing fixed and email me a receipt shortly. They have check out at 11am and no check in until 3pm. So no one to help at the counter for sure and again, no answer every time I call. Do not waste your time with this location!!!!
Very clean, excellent setup for working while traveling.
